Nchang Delphine - CEO/Managing Director
Miss Nchang Delphine is the CEO/Managing Director of Safe Rights For Kids. Miss Delphine is a graduate in English Modern Letters from the University of Yaounde 1 Cameroon and holder of a Diploma in Human Resource Management from (CITEC). She is bilingual, (English and French). She Worked as intern and later a volunteer at TRAUMA Centre Yaounde. Her inspiration came from working at TRAUMA Centre, there she came across people of different races and nationalities who fled their countries with their children in search of better lives. Looking at the helpless children; victims of war, she started wondering about the fate of Cameroonian children who are the future leaders. Some major towns and cities in Cameroon are plagued with helpless children with zero access to education and health care, who constantly suffer from physical and psychological abuse from adults. Miss Delphine became a humanitarian whilst volunteering at TRAUMA; with assistance from the Director of Trauma Centre, she decided to create a platform to improve the welfare of children. She presented her suggestions in a meeting in Bamenda and instantly got volunteers who offered their services to promote and protect the rights of children hence the birth of Safe Rights For Kids (SR4K).
